Once you’ve placed your order, it’s natural to want to know what happens next and when your items are due to arrive. This guide explains how to check your order status, where to find your order details, and what to do if you need further help.

How to check your order status

The best place to start is with your order confirmation email. This should include your order number and the main details of your purchase.

If you’re waiting for an update, it is also worth checking any recent emails, text messages or calls from our team, as we may contact you with delivery information or the next steps for your order.

Check your emails and messages

Before delivery, we may contact you by email, phone or text message to confirm arrangements and keep you updated.

If you have not heard from us yet, check:

  • your inbox

  • your spam or junk folder

  • any recent text messages

  • any missed calls or voicemail messages

I haven’t received my order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find it, you can contact us using our General Enquiry Form and we will help check your order details.

What if my delivery did not turn up?

If your delivery was due but did not arrive, the best next step is to complete our Support Form. This allows you to let us know that your delivery did not turn up so our team can look into it for you.

What if there was a delivery problem?

If we were unable to deliver your order because of an access issue or another problem at the property, please use our Support Form.

This form can be used for delivery queries including:
