I Haven’t Received My Order Confirmation, What Should I Do?

If you have placed an order and have not received your order confirmation email, there are a few simple things to check first. In many cases, the email may have gone into a spam or junk folder, or there may have been a small mistake in the email address entered at checkout.
Check your inbox and spam folder
Your order confirmation should usually arrive by email after your order has been placed successfully.
If you cannot see it, check:

your spam or junk folder

your promotions or updates tab, if your email provider uses them

any other email accounts you may have used when placing the order
Double-check your order details
If payment has gone through but you have not received an email, it may still be that your order has been placed successfully.
It is worth checking whether:

the email address entered at checkout was correct

there were any typing errors in your contact details

you have received any payment confirmation from your bank or card provider
