Hypnos mattresses and divan bases come with a 10-year guarantee from the date of purchase. Toppers are covered by a 5-year guarantee.
How to Activate Your Guarantee
You must register your guarantee online after purchase. Registration details are provided with your bed.
Keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any claim.
What Is Covered?
The guarantee covers defects arising from proven material failure or faulty workmanship.
If a defect occurs:
- Contact your supplying retailer in writing within one month of noticing the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase.
Important Conditions
- The guarantee applies only to purchases from authorised retailers.
- The guarantee is not transferable.
- Third-party inspection may be required in case of dispute.
What Is Not Covered?
- Failure to follow care instructions.
- Use with an unsuitable base.
- Soiled or unhygienic products.
- Misuse or abuse.
The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
